Mandatory fields

Mandatory fields should be added to the flowsheet (pre/post assess, etc) so that a patient cannot confirm without completion.

An independent of mine is having an issue with billing because their EMR does not allow them to edit a flowsheet; the patient erroneously confirmed the flowsheet prior to entering his post-weight, and they may have to absorb the cost of the treatment.

If fields cannot be made mandatory, then the flowsheet should be editable to the clinician via the Nx2me clinician portal, as not all EMRs have the same capabilities. This issue can become a deterrent for customers, as newer patients tend to submit flowsheets with pertinent data missing from time to time.
